Exciting Progress

Once again we hit the mark on our attendance charts where it was time to reward our kids for good attendance. We split the kids up into two different groups for their party so we could do more time specific activities. For the younger kids we did a pizza party, craft, and played games outside with them.

Caleb loves hitting the ball if you're willing to pitch for hours.
The older kids were rewarded for their good attendance by a trip to Smith Falls and the railroad bridge along the Cowboy Trail outside of Valentine. Afterwards we went to the Patton's house and did a craft with the older girls while giving Sheldon Jr. a chance to do some target practicing.

The railroad bridge: be brave and don't look down!

Mr. Sharpshooter

We are so excited at the progress that has been made in the church! Thank you to Troy and crew who put up the sheet rock. Gary Peters donated his time to do the mudding, so now our walls are awaiting texturing and paint!

A huge Thank You to Doug Kaemingk for donating the use of his cement grinder, so we could prepare the floor for carpet installation.

It has been exciting to see major progress being made on the church. Our goal is to try to move into the building by the end of October although it won't all be finished. The next projects on the agenda are painting, furnace, carpet, and plumbing installation. If anyone wants a fall vacation and would like to help with these projects,
contact Bruce at 605-429-3261 or Ron at 605-429-3238.
These smiles are the reason we minister.
Thank you for your prayers and support!
